About the Role
The Training Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs to ensure all team members are knowledgeable, skilled, and aligned with Chick-fil-A's standards and values. This role focuses on fostering continuous learning, professional development, and performance improvement across all positions in the restaurant. The Training Director ensures new hires receive thorough onboarding and that all team members receive ongoing training to enhance their skills and meet operational expectations. They also work closely with leadership to identify training needs and implement effective strategies for team growth and success.
