About the Role
As a Talent & HR Director, you will utlize your skills, intelligence and creativity to work in a high energy, fast-pace, customer and employee focused restaurant. You will represent our company culture of care by recognizing and celebrating our teams successes. You will be involved in all aspects of the HR needs including Employee and Labor relations, Employment Law, Compensation and Benefits, Record-Keeping, HR strategy, Recruitment, Workforce Planning and Staffing, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will effectively execute tasks and will work independently with the focus to accomplish organizational goals with great follow-up and detail.
