About the Role
The Systems and Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and systems, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. They manage vendor relationships, coordinate repairs, and ensure all systems are functioning at peak performance. This role is a blend of operational support and facility management, with a focus on maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality. The Systems and Facilities Director also plays a key role in managing both day-to-day facility operations and long-term improvements to enhance the restaurant’s performance.
