About the Role
The Senior Director oversees all director-level responsibilities while providing financial leadership and strategic decision-making. They manage budgets, set financial goals, and analyze the P&L to drive profitability. This role includes negotiating vendor rates, optimizing costs, and making fiscal decisions that align with business objectives. In addition to supervising and developing directors, the Senior Director ensures operational excellence, strong leadership, and sustainable growth for the restaurant.
