The General Manager at Chick-fil-A Lakewood is the driving force behind the restaurant’s vision, ensuring alignment across all teams and leadership levels. They lead monthly meetings, oversee OKR (Objectives & Key Results) discussions, and provide strategic direction for the senior director, directors, and support staff. With a focus on operational excellence, leadership development, and team cohesion, the General Manager fosters a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences and business growth.
