About the Role
The FOH Trainer is responsible for maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards by training and supporting new hires and team members in need of additional development. They lead by example, ensuring consistency in service, hospitality, and operational procedures. While not a supervisory role, the FOH Trainer plays a key part in reinforcing best practices, providing hands-on guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
