About the Role
The FOH Production Team Lead ensures that all front-of-house systems and processes meet or exceed Chick-fil-A’s standards for service, efficiency, and hospitality. They oversee the execution of orders, including drive-thru, front counter, and dining, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience. This role involves monitoring service speed, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring team members follow procedures to uphold Chick-fil-A’s guest service standards.
