The FOH Manager drives operational excellence by leading team and production leads, ensuring exceptional service, efficiency, and quality. They oversee daily operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and dining, while upholding our values. Responsibilities include training, professional development, goal execution, and one-on-one coaching to support team growth. They also manage cleanliness, inventory, and labor optimization while fostering a high-performance culture through strong leadership and accountability.
