About the Role
The FOH Team Lead supports management by overseeing shift operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service and hospitality. They coach and correct team members, drive key performance metrics, and ensure all front-of-house processes run efficiently. Responsible for executing opening and closing procedures, they uphold operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.
