About the Role
The FOH Director oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless systems, strong team morale, and effective leadership. They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing managers and team members while driving excellence in speed, hospitality, and food quality. Key duties include optimizing service areas, managing labor and scheduling, enforcing policies, and fostering a culture of accountability. By leading with vision and continuous improvement, the FOH Director ensures exceptional guest experiences, team morale, and operational success.
