About the Role
The BOH Production Team Lead focuses on the execution of food production processes, ensuring food is prepared and served with speed, quality, and accuracy. They oversee specific kitchen tasks such as food prep, cooking, and ensuring the accuracy of portioning. The BOH Production Team Lead is also responsible for minimizing waste, ensuring the team follows food safety protocols, and making sure that production targets are met throughout their shift.
