The BOH Manager leads kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. They oversee team training, production capacity, and cost control while maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing labor, and kitchen systems to optimize performance. Through strong leadership and continuous improvement, they uphold our values, standards, and enhance overall restaurant success.
