About the Role
The BOH Team Lead supports kitchen operations, ensuring all systems and processes meet or exceed Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food quality, safety, and efficiency. They supervise kitchen team members during shifts, monitoring food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety protocols. The BOH Team Lead coaches team members, drives key performance metrics, and ensures all kitchen processes run smoothly for optimal performance.
