About the Role
The BOH Director oversees kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency while driving Chick-fil-A’s vision for excellence. They lead and develop kitchen leadership, optimize production, control costs, and maintain a positive team environment. Responsibilities include labor management, inventory control, scheduling system improvements, and training. By fostering leadership growth, streamlining processes, and upholding high operational standards, the BOH Director ensures a top-tier guest experience and long-term restaurant success.
