About the Role
The Brand Ambassador at Chick-fil-A Lakewood will primarily spend time in operations while also representing the restaurant’s brand in the community, both on-site and off-site. Under the Marketing Director’s guidance, they will build relationships with local customers, organizations, and event attendees, supporting marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotions. They will also manage ADP responsibilities to ensure smooth team operations. By engaging with customers, promoting Chick-fil-A’s values, and participating in off-site marketing efforts, the Brand Ambassador helps drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and a positive in-store experience while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
